Dear Miami Hand Course Participant-

It is once again a pleasure to invite you to share the camaraderie and expand your knowledge in the  specific area of upper limb surgery at our 3rd annual Miami Hand Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty pre-AAOS course. This year’'s course will occur on Sunday, March 2nd, 2008 , just 3 days before the start of the Academy meeting in San Francisco.

As previously, the goal of the course is to assemble the cutting edge surgeons in one forum who have contributed to this specific area of our specialty. Not only will this be a didactic forum with exciting presentations, but I encourage the participants, coming worldwide, to mingle directly with the faculty in a fun and relaxed social program. We all know the most useful surgical techniques are often laid out on a cocktail napkin !! This year's faculty will include accomplished surgeons from afar as France, Germany and Italy.

We will again provide simultaneous Spanish translation to accommodate our latin colleagues so close to Miami since we don't want them to miss a thing.

So, once again, break out your guayabera and a cigar, while you stop in Miami, perhaps on your way to San Francisco, for a rewarding experience.

Un abrazo,
Alejandro
